Our Home Health Check is a proactive maintenance inspection for homeowners who live in the home. It focuses on preventing future problems, identifying water and system risks early, and creating a clear maintenance plan.
Is this a pass/fail or code inspection?
No. This is not a pass/fail inspection and not a code enforcement review. We do not issue violations or “fail” a home. Our goal is to help you understand what needs attention now, what can wait, and what to monitor over time.
What kind of homes do you inspect?
We inspect:

Most of our inspections are in older Boston and MetroWest homes, including colonials, capes, and split-levels.
Do you inspect roofs even if they’re hard to see?
Yes. When conditions allow, we use drone roof and exterior inspections to safely review roof surfaces, flashing, and siding areas that are not visible from the ground. Images and video are included in your report.
Will this inspection tell me what to fix first?
Yes. Every finding is categorized as:
- NOW – active risk or safety concern
- SOON – preventative maintenance to avoid escalation
- LATER – monitor and plan
